On the innovation of research methods of China's mixed legal system—From the perspective of sociology of law
The necessity of applying the methods of sociology of law to the research on the mixed legal system is analyzed.Based on the compatibility between sociology of law and the research on the mixed legal system,this thesis explores the ways to apply the methods of sociology of law to the research on the mixed legal system:introducing the concept of"living law",introducing the"dynamic development concept",introducing the"empirical verification method",etc.,all of which will innovate the research methods of mixed legal system.
