A study on the method of safety lifespan assessment of nuclear power heat transfer tube based on probability theory
Nuclear heat transfer tubes are an important component of the heat exchange system in nuclear power plants, and their safe operation is crucial for the stability and reliability of the entire nuclear power plant.A new probability evaluation method for the safety life of nuclear power heat transfer tubes is proposed based on the normal distribution method. The tensile strength of the heat transfer tubes and the failure probability data from historical detection records are integrated to fit the exponential relationship between the persistent strength and fatigue operation time of the heat transfer tubes. The probability calculation of the failure of the heat transfer tubes at any operating time under different tensile working environments is achieved, and the relationship between the safety life and the average fracture life is established, providing important reference for the maintenance and replacement of heat transfer tubes.
