新型建筑工业化作为低碳节能、绿色高效、环保可持续的建造方式,是我国建筑行业未来发展的重要方向.建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在信息化、数字化、集约化管理等方面具有独特优势,可为新型建筑工业化的智能化发展提供更高的标准化平台,保障实现更高的工业效率.分析BIM技术在新型建筑工业化中的应用现状,主要包括BIM技术数字设计阶段、装配式建筑阶段和智能施工阶段,提出BIM技术在新型建筑工业化中的推广应用建议.
Analysis of the application of BIM technology in new building industrialization
The industrialization of new construction,as a low-carbon,energy-saving,green and efficient,environmentally friendly and sustainable construction method,is an important direction for the future development of China's construction industry.Due to the unique advantages of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology in information,digitization,and intensive management,it provides a higher standardized platform for the intelligent development of new building industrialization and is an important guarantee for achieving higher industrial efficiency.This thesis analyzes the current application status of BIM technology in the new construction industrialization,mainly including the digital design stage,prefabricated building stage,and intelligent construction stage of BIM technology,and propose promotion suggestions for BIM technology in the new construction industrialization,thereby further promoting the high-quality development of the construction industry.
