Clinical efficacy of Shengmai injection at Zusanli acupoint in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease comorbidities with sarcopenia
To observe the clinical effect of Shengmai injection at Zusanli acupoint in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease comorbidities with sarcopenia,44 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease comorbid sarcopenia were divided into experimental group and control group,with 22 cases in each group.The experimental group was given basic treatment combined with bilateral Zusanli acupoint injection of Shengmai injection,3 times a week,and continuous treatment for 8 weeks.The control group was given basic treatment only.Physiological indexes,bone mineral density,motor function(grip strength,6-meter walking speed),lung function and laboratory inflammation indexes were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.The results of treatment showed that lung function,bone mineral density,grip strength,6-meter walking speed and other parameters of the two groups were improved to varying degrees,and the improvement of the experimental group was more obvious.
