职业教育承载培育复合型专业人才的重任.围绕智能制造现场工程师培养,探索并实施"双元"(学校、企业)、"五维"(岗位、大赛、证书、双创、课程)综合育人模式,以产教融合协同育人为主线,梳理"岗课契合"人才培养体系、建立"岗证互促"考核机制、完善"赛创同步"课程体系,以岗定课、以赛导课、以证验课、以创强课、以课育人,重构人才培养方案和专业核心课程体系,培养具有岗位适应性、创新创业能力的高素质技术技能人才.
A study on the"Dual-system,Five-dimension"integrated talent cultivation model reform for on-site engineers in intelligent manufacturing
Vocational education shoulders the critical task of nurturing multifaceted professional talents.This thesis,concentrating on the training of on-site engineers,explores and implements the comprehensive cultivation model of"Dual-system"(school and enterprise)and"Five-dimension"(position,contest,certificate,innovation and entrepreneurship,course).With industry-education integration for collaborative cultivation of talent as the guiding principle,we should comb the talent cultivation of"the match-up of position and courses",establish an assessment mechanism of"mutual promotion of position and certificate"and perfect the curriculum system"synchronization of contest and innovation".It is necessary to reconstruct the talent cultivation plan and core professional curriculum system by setting courses based on job requirements,guiding courses through competitions,verifying courses through certification,strengthening courses through innovation,and educating students through courses,in order to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with job adaptability and innovation and entrepreneurship abilities.
