摘要

在实现"双碳"目标的进程中,锂离子电池作为绿色能源,发展势头强劲.同时,锂离子电池的质量也备受关注.本文结合质量管理理论和锂离子电池开发实践,对锂离子电池开发中关键的设计阶段的质量管理展开论述.阐明了设计阶段质量管理的意义,重点探讨锂离子电池设计阶段的目标、方案、进度和风险的质量管理,期望为提升锂离子电池全生命周期的可靠性提供借鉴.

Abstract

In the process of achieving the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",lithium-ion batteries,as green energy,have a strong development momentum.At the same time,the quality of lithium-ion batteries is also concerned.Based on the theory of quality management and the development practice of lithium-ion battery,this paper discusses the quality management of the key design stage in the development of lithium-ion battery,expounds the significance of quality management in the design stage,and focuses on the quality management of objectives,schemes,schedules and risks in the design stage of lithium-ion batter-ies,hoping to provide reference for improving the reliability of the whole life cycle of lithium-ion batteries.
