摘要

采用热泵低温干化技术,将某化工企业污水处理场污泥含水率从 80%降至 30%,实现污泥的减量化、稳定化.对干化后的生化污泥进行危险属性鉴定,以便达成最优的处理处置方式.结果表明,该生化污泥不属于危险废物,可按照一般固废进行处置.本研究结果为生化污泥的鉴定提供思路和参考,为企业日常管理提供依据.

Abstract

By using heat pump low-temperature drying technology,the moisture content of sludge in a chemical enterprise's sewage treatment plant was reduced from 80%to 30%,achieving reduction and stabilization of sludge.The hazardous properties of the dried biochemical sludge were identified in order to achieve the best treatment and disposal method.The results show that the biochemical sludge does not belong to hazardous waste and can be disposed as general solid waste.The results of this study provide ideas and references for the identification of biochemical sludge,and provide a basis for the daily management of enterprises.
