温和条件下糠醇加氢催化剂性能的研究

本文选用Ru/C、Ru/Al2O3、Pd/C、Pd/Al2O3、Pt/C、雷尼镍等催化剂用于糠醇加氢的釜式反应研究.研究发现,Ru/C催化剂在糠醇加氢制备四氢糠醇的反应中具有良好的反应性能.研究了在Ru/C催化剂作用下溶剂、反应温度、氢气压力、反应时间、催化剂的用量等因素对反应的影响,并对工艺条件进行了优化.得到最佳工艺条件:异丙醇作溶剂,反应温度为 60℃、氢气压力为 3 MPa、反应时间为 6h,原料与催化剂的质量比为 20∶1,糠醇的转化率达到 100%,四氢糠醇的选择性大于 95%.
Study on the Performance of Furfuryl Alcohol Hydrogenation Catalyst under Mild Conditions
In this paper,Ru/C,Ru/Al2O3,Pd/C,Pd/Al2O3,Pt/C,and Raennie nickel catalysts were selected for the kettle reaction of furfuryl alcohol hydrogenation.It was found that the Ru/C catalyst had good reactivity performance in the hydrogenation of furfuryl alcohol to tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol.The effects of solvent,reaction temperature,hydrogen pressure,reaction time,and catalyst dosage on the reaction under the action of the catalyst were studied,and the process conditions were optimized.The optimal process conditions were obtained:isopropanol was used as solvent,the reaction temperature was 60 ℃,the hydrogen pressure was 3 MPa,the reaction time was 6 h,the mass ratio of raw materials to catalyst was 20∶1,the conversion rate of furfuryl alcohol reached 100%,and the selectivity of tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol was greater than 95%.
