催化燃烧工艺在制药行业VOCs废气治理中的应用

针对中小企业采用蓄热式燃烧技术治理VOCs存在建设和运行成本高、运行管理难度大等难题,本文对制药行业VOCs废气排放特征及催化燃烧工艺应用进行分析,利用自主研发的小型催化燃烧工艺设备,在某制药企业开展了应用示范,调试运行结果显示,在 250℃~350℃温度范围内,对乙酸乙酯、丙酮、甲苯、四氢呋喃等典型制药行业VOCs的去除效率达到90%以上,实际排放VOCs废气的去除效率达到 92.5%~97.8%,处理后的废气满足地方排放标准要求.同时对催化燃烧工艺在制药行业应用中存在的问题进行分析探讨.
In view of the difficulties of using regenerative combustion technology to treat VOCs in small and medium-sized enterprises,such as high construction and operation costs and difficult operation management,this paper analyzed the emission characteristics of VOCs in the pharmaceutical industry and the application of catalytic combustion process,and carried out an application demonstration in a pharmaceutical company with self-developed small catalytic combustion process equipment.The debugging results show that in the temperature range of 250℃~350℃,the removal efficiency of VOCs in typical pharmaceutical industries such as ethyl acetate,acetone,toluene and tetrahydrofuran reaches more than 90%,and the removal efficiency of actual VOCs waste gas reaches 92.5%~97.8%,and the treated waste gas meets the requirements of local emission standards.At the same time,the problems existing in the application of catalytic combustion technology in pharmaceutical industry were analyzed and discussed.
