Research on Purification of AKD Wastewater by Resin Adsorption-NaClO Oxidation Method
In view of the problems of large amount of solid waste,non-recyclability,high energy consumption and high treatment cost caused by the multi-effect evaporation method to treat alkylene ketone dimer(AKD)by-product wastewater, the technology of purifying AKD wastewater by combining adsorption method and chemical oxidation method was studied. The results show that after the AKD wastewater is adsorbed by LS-200 resin in the first step, the total NH4+(total ammonium)is less than 4 mg/L,and the wastewater treatment capacity is 500 BV(bed volume). The second step of chemical oxidation uses single factor optimization to determine the optimal reaction conditions. The oxidant is NaClO,the dosage is 0.5%,pH=3.0,the reaction temperature is 60 °C,the reaction time is 0.5 h,the TOC(total organic carbon)in wastewater is less than 10 mg/L.The treated AKD wastewater index meets the requirements of brine electrolysis, effectively improving energy utilization efficiency and realizing circular economy.
