摘要

目的:研究一种高效合成N-甲基-N-芳基丙烯酰胺的方法.方法:2-甲基丙烯酰氯与含各种取代基的芳香胺发生亲核加成反应生成相应的丙烯酰胺,丙烯酰胺在氢化钠存在下与碘甲烷发生取代反应生成N-甲基-N-芳基丙烯酰胺.结果:以中等到良好的产率合成了一系列含各种不同取代基的N-甲基-N-芳基丙烯酰胺.结论:该方法操作简单,产率较高,底物适用范围广.

Abstract

Objective:To study a method for the efficient synthesis of N-methyl-N-aryl acrylamide.Methods:The nucleophilic addition reaction of 2-methylacrylyl chloride with aromatic amines containing various substituents produced the corresponding acrylamide,and the substitution reaction of acrylamide with iodomethane in the presence of sodium hydride produced N-methyl-N-aryl acrylamide.Results:A series of N-methyl-N-aryl acrylamides with various substituents were synthesized in medium to good yields.Conclu-sion:The method has simple operation,high yield,and a wide range of substrate applications.
