摘要
替米沙坦,一种抗高血压药,凭借其控制血压平稳和作用长效等优点,在高血压管理方面占据重要地位.本文依照原研路线的合成顺序,将替米沙坦分子分为 3 个区块,以区块的合成为目标,对每个区块的合成方式进行分类综述,并附上思维导图,旨在明晰现有路线的原料、合成途径与最终产物,便于后续合成路线的设计与选取.
Abstract
Telmisartan,an antihypertensive drug,occupies an important position in the management of hypertension due to its advantages of stable blood pressure control and long-term effect.In this paper,according to the synthesis order of the original route,the telmisartan molecule is divided into three blocks,and the synthesis method of each block is classified and summarized with the synthesis of blocks as the goal,and a mind map is attached,aiming to clarify the raw materials,synthesis pathways and final products of the existing routes,so as to facilitate the design and selection of subsequent synthesis routes.
