微波与电热板消解-ICP-OES法测定汽车涂料中的总铅含量

摘要
分别采用微波高压密闭消解法和电热板消解法将汽车涂料中的铅消解完全,制成样品溶液后,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定样品溶液中的总铅含量.对两种消解方法的样品测定结果进行比较,微波消解法总铅含量的加标回收率为 95.6%~98.1%,电热板消解法总铅含量的加标回收率为 97.4%~101.2%.经验证,微波消解法具有耗时短、试剂用量少以及安全性、精确度和准确度较高等优点.
Abstract
The lead in automotive coatings was completely digested using microwave high-pressure sealed digestion method and electrothermal plate digestion method,respectively,and then prepared into a sample solution.The total lead content in the sample solution was determined using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES).Comparing the sample determination results of two digestion methods,the spiked recovery rate of total lead content by microwave digestion method is 95.6%~98.1%,and the spiked recovery rate of total lead content by electrothermal plate digestion method is 97.4%~101.2%.After verification,microwave digestion method has the advantages of shorter time consumption,less reagent dosage,and higher safety,accuracy and precision.
