摘要

聚(偏氟乙烯-三氟乙烯)(P(VDF-TrFE))是一种柔性聚合物铁电材料,其压电、铁电性能与其晶型、结晶度、晶体取向密切相关.本文综述了近年来取向P(VDF-TrFE)薄膜制备方法取得的新进展,分析了不同制膜方法对压电、铁电性能的改善情况,为开发优异性能的P(VDF-TrFE)器件提供参考.

Abstract

Poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-trifluoroethylene)(P(VDF-TrFE))is a flexible polymer ferroelec-tric material,and its piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties are closely related to its crystal form,crys-tallinity and crystal orientation.In this paper,the recent progress made in the preparation of oriented P(VDF-TrFE)thin films is reviewed,and the improvement of piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties by dif-ferent film preparation methods is analyzed,so as to provide a reference for the development of P(VDF-TrFE)devices with excellent performance.
