摘要

随着我国工业化进程的不断发展,精细化工在化工领域逐渐占据主导地位.加氢反应是精细化工中常见的单元反应之一,由于加氢反应易燃易爆,且压力较高,因此加氢装置的安全泄压就成为重中之重.本文从关键设备选型计算、蒸汽灭火系统设计、尾气系统流程和设备布局角度阐述氢气安全排放的设计要点.

Abstract

With the continuous development of China's industrialization process,fine chemical industry gradually occupies a dominant position in the field of chemical industry.Hydrogenation reaction is one of the common unit reactions in fine chemical industry.Because the hydrogenation reaction is flammable and explo-sive,and the pressure is high,the safety pressure relief of hydrogenation unit becomes the top priority.In this paper,the design points of hydrogen safety emission are discussed from the aspects of key equipment selec-tion calculation,steam fire extinguishing system design,exhaust system flow and equipment layout.
