针对锂离子电池包运行时内部温度变化以及分布不均匀的问题,对其不同工况下的充放电温度场进行了研究.结果表明:电池包在常规温度区间运行时,温度降低,温升增大,温差基本不变;倍率增大,温升与温差均有所增大;在低温环境下,随着温度降低,温升增大,而温差也相对增大;连续循环时,小倍率充电能帮助电池包温度恢复到正常数值,减少甚至消除前期热量积聚对后期应用的影响.因此,可以通过减小充电倍率、低温下谨慎进行大电流放电、避免连续使用等系列方法减小温升并保持电池内部温度场的均一性.
Effect of Different Operation Condition on Temperature Field of Lithium-Ion Battery Pack
Aiming at the problem of internal temperature variation and uneven distribution of lithium battery pack,the temperature field of charge and discharge under different working conditions was studied.The results show that when the battery pack runs in the normal temperature range,the temperature decreases,the temperature rise increases,and the temperature difference is basically unchanged.With the increase of charge/discharge rate,the temperature rise and temperature difference increase.In low temperature environ-ment,with the decrease of temperature,the temperature rise increases,and the temperature difference also increases.In the continuous cycle,the small rate charging can help the package temperature return to the normal value,reducing or even eliminating the influence of heat accumulation in the early stage on the later application.Therefore,a series of methods can be used to reduce the temperature rise and maintain the uni-formity of the internal temperature field of the battery by reducing the charging rate,carefully discharging the large current at low temperature,and avoiding continuous use.
