摘要
本文基于化工园区封闭化管理的现状,结合国家法律法规要求,从危险化学品运输、通行道路条件、交通流量特征、智慧交通组织等方面对封闭化管理基础设施与智能管控平台建设进行研究,实现化工园区全方位封闭及人流、物流的深层次分离,提高化工园区安全管控和应急能力,推动园区的高质量发展.
Abstract
Based on the current situation of closed management of chemical industry parks,combined with the requirements of national laws and regulations,this paper studies the construction of closed manage-ment infrastructure and intelligent management and control platform from the aspects of hazardous chemical transportation,road conditions,traffic flow characteristics,and intelligent transportation organization.It amis to realize the all-round closure of chemical industry parks and the in-depth separation of people flow and lo-gistics,improve the safety control and emergency response capabilities of chemical industry parks,and pro-mote the high-quality development of chemical industry parks.
