锂离子电池通常由正极、负极、隔膜和电解液组成,由于其具有比能量高、循环寿命长等特点被广泛应用于 3C数码、动力汽车以及储能等领域.在锂离子电池制备过程中,正极浆料的稳定性影响后续的加工性能,以及制成极片、电池内阻、容量、循环等电性能.本文总结了目前常见的锂离子电池正极浆料分散技术研究进展,并对未来锂离子电池正极浆料分散技术的发展方向进行展望.
Research Progress on Positive Electrode Slurry Dispersion Technology for Lithium-Ion Batteries
Lithium ion batteries are usually composed of positive electrode,negative electrode,separator and electrolyte.Due to their high specific energy and long cycle life,they are widely used in areas such as 3C digital,power vehicles and energy storage.In the preparation process of lithium-ion batteries,the stability of the positive electrode slurry affects the subsequent processing performance,as well as the electrical properties such as electrode sheets,battery internal resistance,capacity,and cycling.This article summarizes the research progress of dispersion technology for common lithium-ion battery positive electrode slurry,and looks forward to the future development direction of dispersion technology for lithium-ion battery positive electrode slurry.
