摘要
改革开放以来，舟山海洋经济快速发展，逐渐形成了多种产业和相对完整的海洋经济体系。但舟山海洋产业发展不稳定，工业结构调整缓慢，海洋资源利用效率低，阻碍了海洋经济可持续发展的实现。为解决这些问题，文章从结构优化、科技兴海、综合管理和环境保护等四方面提出了对策和建议。
Abstract
Since China began to open and reform in 1979,Zhoushan has witnessed a rapid growth of marine economy,and gradually established several ocean industries and relatively complete ocean economy system.But because of the unsustainable development of ocean economy and the slow adjustment of industrial structure,and the low efficiency in using ocean resources,zhoushan still could not realize the sustainable development of ocean economy.In order to settle these questions,this paper proposes several countermeasures and suggestions from 4 respects:Optimizing economy structure,strengthening high technology,comprehensively managing,and environment protecting.
