Diagnosis and Optimization Strategies for Classroom Teaching Problems in a Higher Vocational College
Based on the on-the-spot observation of over 300 periods of time in the higher vocational classroom,interviews with more than 700 teachers and students,and a questionnaire survey of 932 freshmen,the result shows that the problems of higher vocational classroom teaching is obvious,involving poor classroom management and discipline,low learning investment,systematic and structural lack of teaching,ignorance of teaching material learning and applications,lack of individualized guidance,and much-desired intensification of course education.Aiming at these problems,these countermeasures must be adopted to strengthen cognitive correction so as to implement healthy classroom management,optimize classroom teaching structure in order to establish effective teaching mechanism,strengthen independent teaching with student orientation,improve information technology of practical teaching so as to effectively cultivate students'professional ability,and highlight the educational orientation so as to strengthen ideological and political education.
