The academic research on Marx's life-world paradigm has become increasingly mature and profound,but the exploration of his work-world paradigm is still a novel perspective,while the world of work is not only the root of the life-world,but also fundamental to the existence of the people.The work world paradigm of Marxist philosophy has its own historical logic,textual evidence,and theoretical presentation.It begins with a critique of the work world of capitalism's alienated labour and discursive philosophy,and is further supported by and presented in the classic text of Marxist philosophy and the basic theories of historical materialism.At the core of this paradigm is the community of work,which is also the fundamental embodiment of the people-oriented character in Marxist philosophy.It embodies the essence and fundamental interests of the people.
