摘要
苏轼一生二次仕宦两浙,知杭州期间频繁上书宋廷,奏请赈灾恤患、修缮官舍、减免赋税等事.在两浙治理策略上,苏轼采取了轻税薄赋以宽减民力、浚湖开河以恤吏便民、纠贪刺恶以礼刑平等的措施,表现出勤政务实的政治品格.苏轼两浙治策体现出民本、均平与豫立的治政理念.其勤政爱民的儒家人格与治政业绩,赢得两浙士民高度赞誉.
Abstract
Su Shi served three terms in the Two Zhe regions throughout his life.During his tenure in Hangzhou,he frequently submitted memorials to the Song imperial court,requesting disaster relief,repair of government offices,and reduction and exemption of taxes and levies.In terms of governance strategies in the Two Zhe regions,Su Shi adopted measures such as reducing taxes to alleviate the populace's burden,dredging lakes and rivers to provide for officials and facilitate public convenience,and addressing corruption and malpractice to uphold equality with propriety.These initiatives demonstrated his political character of diligence and practicality.Su Shi's governance policies in the Two Zhe regions reflected a philosophy of people-oriented governance equity and balance,and strategic foresight.His Confucian persona and political achievements,characterized by diligent governance and love for the people,earned him high praise from scholars and people in the Two Zhe regions.
