On the Origins and Inheritance of Red Culture in the"Little Library"Initiative
The"Little library"initiative originated in the monumental period of the New Democratic Revolution and embodies the spirit of"loving the Party and the country,taking responsibility,adhering to the faith,and persevering despite setbacks".It is an important part of Red Culture of eastern Zhejiang.Reflecting on history serves as a guide for the present and an educational tool for future generations.In the context of the new era,studying the cultural origins and inheritance of the"Little Library"holds significant importance.Zhoushan Library and its"Little Library"volunteer service project have jointly achieved notable social benefits in the transmission of this Red Culture.On this basis,efforts should be made to further expand the space for Red Culture,promote the development of its resources,innovate in the methods of education and promotion,and cultivate a team dedicated to the inheritance of its legacy.
