Research on the Innovative Mechanism of Building Grassroots Party Branches for College Students in the New Era
With the advancement of society and the deepening of higher education reforms,the work of Party building in universities has encountered many new situations and challenges in the new era.Drawing upon practical experiences and personal insights from university Party-building work,this article specifically addresses issues such as the weak talent pool within student grass-roots Party branches,the mixed advantages and disadvantages of widespread new media use,and the inadequacies in the evaluation and assessment mechanisms for student Party members.To tackle these challenges,the paper proposes the following targeted solutions:forming the Party branch committee with full-time teachers from the School of Marxism,counselors,and senior student Party members;fostering an"Internet+Party-Building"model that leverages modern trends;and implementing a"Three-in-One",complementary approach for the development and cultivation of grassroots Party members in universities.These strategies are intended to provide valuable insights for enhancing Party-building work in higher education institutions.
