On Digital Empowerment in Innovative Teaching and Practice of Marine Smart Physical Education——Take Zhejiang Ocean University as an Example
The rapid development of digital technology has presented great challenges and opportunities to higher education.To promote the deep integration of emerging digital technology with university physical education,this study employs literature review,expert interviews,experimental research,and questionnaire surveys to assess the current state of research and emerging trends in the relevant fields,both domestically and internationally.Taking marine sports as a starting point,the study actively engages in the reform of smart physical education curricula in universities.It explores the construction of a comprehensive university smart physical education teaching system that integrates"smart learning","smart exercise","smart competition","smart assessment"and"smart management",thereby reshaping the practices of smart physical education that supports the cultivation of new talents.The findings suggest that integrating digital technology into university physical education helps students overcome traditional constraints related to time and equipment.It allows for a seamless combination of in-class and extracurricular activities,integration of popularization with skill enhancement,and merging of real and virtual experiences.Additionally,by establishing detailed student sport archives,the study facilitates precise athletic profiling and timely health interventions,thereby enhancing students'sports skills,promoting regular physical activity,and significantly improving overall physical health.
