基于绿色原则构建山水林田湖草生态法治体系

摘要
山水林田湖草是与人类息息相关的生命共同体,随着经济社会的快速发展,山水林田湖草生态系统法治管护越来越受到重视.文章研究了山水林田湖草生态法治体系现状,提出要依据绿色原则建立与完善生态环境保护立法体系、生态环境保护执法体系、生态环境保护司法体系以及生态环境保护监督体系等生态系统法治管护体系.
Abstract
With the rapid development of economy and society,the ecological management and protec-tion system under the rule of law of mountains,water,forests,farmlands,lakes and grasslands is getting more and more attention.The paper studies the ecosystem under the rule of law of mountains,waters,for-ests,farmlands,and grasslands,and suggests establishing and improving the legislative system,the law en-forcement system,and the supervision system for ecological environment protection based on the green principle.
