The paper analyzes the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges from the aspects of external challenges and opportunities,and internal weaknesses and advantages,and explores the problems existing in the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges guided by party building.It is found that insufficient governing capability,performance capability,executive capability and service capability are the main obstacles.Therefore,it is necessary to secure the direction of high-quality development of higher vocational colleges through the improvement of the governing capability,improve the quality and efficiency of high-quality development through the improvement of the performance capability,break through the bottleneck of high-quality development through the improvement of the executive capability,and consolidate the joint efforts of high-quality development through the improvement of the service capability.
