摘要
抗日战争时期,晋察冀边区为适应新形势需要,遵从党中央的指示,开展了干部教育运动,包括构建干部教育管理体制、出台系列干部教育政策法规、形成在职干部教育以及干部学校教育为主的各级各类教育体系.边区干部教育运动的开展,极大地提高了党员干部的素质,为抗日战争的胜利和随之而来的解放战争的伟大胜利提供了雄厚而高素质的干部队伍与人才保证,且其经验至今仍极具借鉴价值.
Abstract
During the War of Resistance against Japan,to meet the needs of the new situation and follow the instructions of the CPC Central Committee,the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Border Region carries out a cadre education movement,including the construction of a cadre education management system and the introduc-tion of a series of policies and regulations on cadre education,establishing various education systems cen-tered around on-the-job cadre education and cadre school education.Cadre education movement in the Bor-der Region contributes to the improvement of the quality of Party members and cadres,providing a strong and high-quality contingent of cadres and talents for the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan and the great victory of the Liberation War.
