Wushu(martial arts)is a precious cultural heritage of the Chinese nation and has the tradi-tional characteristics of the Chinese nation.The martial arts training system,including the martial morali-ty,has high reference significance for the cultivation of college students'comprehensive ability in martial arts.Based on literature review,interview and logical analysis,the paper puts forward such ways to culti-vate college students'comprehensive ability in martial arts as emphasizing the martial morality education of college students,promoting the will quality of college students,developing the personal safety knowledge and ability of college students,strengthening the teaching of theoretical knowledge of martial arts,and im-proving the cognitive ability of martial arts of college students.
