Zhou Dunyi's thought is based on The Book of Changes,combined with Taoist and Buddhist thoughts.His view of good and evil takes integrity as the basis,good as the root,honesty as the goal,and sanctifica-tion as the purpose.It contains the sense of self-transcendence.In terms of its existence status,it not only covers the ideas contained in The Book of Changes,but also implies the Taoist and Buddhist thoughts.
