摘要
在当前中国的司法实践中,对审判权的监督制约存在责任划分混乱、各类监督体系相对独立、监督制度不健全和监督滞后等问题.针对上述问题,应整合监督力量、强化政法教育和完善配套规章制度,以推进审判权监督制约体系的逐步完善.
Abstract
In the current judicial practice in China,there exist such problems as confusion in the division of responsibilities,relative independence of various supervision systems,unsound supervision mechanisms,and delayed supervision in the supervision and restriction on judicial power.In view of the problems,such suggestions are made as integrating all the supervision forces,strengthening political and legal education,and improving supporting regulations and rules,so as to promote the gradual improvement of the system of supervision and restriction on judicial power.
