The modernization of the governance capacity of rural grassroots Party organizations is an important part of modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,and is of great significance to con-solidation of the Party's governance foundation,implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and promotion of full and strict governance over the Party.At present,there are such problems in some rural grass-roots party or-ganizations as the weakening of the leadership core position,the rigidity of the organizational operation mechanism,and the insufficient village governance capacity,which restrict the process of national governance modernization.In the new era,it is advisable that rural grassroots party organizations enhance their leadership,organizational and ex-ecutive power in the modernization of their governance capacity,so as to lay a solid foundation for the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.
