At present,it is a special ethnic policy on the maintenance of the national and ethnic stability,prosperity and development to establish Tibetan classes in mainland colleges and universities,which plays an important role in promoting the social and economic development of ethnic areas,and has attracted social attention.The field investigation of the education management of Tibetan classes in colleges and universi-ties in Zhangjiakou shows that there are some problems such as Tibetan students'difficulty in learning cer-tain subjects,teachers'insufficient understanding of Tibetan students,and colleges'lack of targeted educa-tion management.In view of the above problems and difficulties,it is advisable to use the teaching resources in mainland colleges and universities to explore the ways of ethnic unity education for Tibetan classes in colleges and universities in Zhangjiakou by means of organizing student activities based on multi-ethnic in-tegration,teachers carrying out targeted teaching activities and colleges and universities introducing educa-tional management systems with ethnic characteristics.
