摘要
当前,张家口市少年冰球运动的发展受到赛事体系不完善、升学渠道不畅通和冰球师资不足等制约.对此,提出发挥职能部门作用、加强冰球师资力量建设、更新教育教学理念和强化冰球文化建设等策略,为张家口市少年冰球运动的发展提供参考.
Abstract
At present,the development of adolescent ice hockey in Zhangjiakou City is constrained by an imperfect competition system,obstructed channels for further education,and insufficient ice hockey teach-ers.In this regard,such strategies are proposed as leveraging the role of functional departments,strengthe-ning the construction of ice hockey teaching team,updating educational and teaching concepts,and strengthening ice hockey culture construction to provide reference for the development of youth ice hockey in Zhangjiakou City.
