A Study on the Optimization Way of Ideological and Political Education in Universities from the Perspective of"Full-staff,Whole-process and All-round Education"
In the new era,the concept of full-staff,whole-process and all-round education has brought forth new demands for the ideological and political education in universities.Based on the problems in the i-deological and political education in universities and the characteristics and development ideas of the con-cept of full-staff,whole-process and all-round education,the paper suggests three optimization ways,name-ly forming a joint force for ideological and political education and establishing a horizontal coordination mechanism through full-staff participation,improving the effect of ideological and political education and realizing the vertical interconnection of ideological and political education through whole-process connec-tion,and expanding the breadth of ideological and political education and realizing the systematic optimiza-tion of ideological and political education resources through all-round integration,so as to promote the high-quality development of ideological and political education in universities.
