Based on the analysis,design,development,implementation,and evaluation model(ADDIE model),the paper establishes a structural equation with high reliability to explore the influencing factors of the course-based ideological and political education effect of the course of college English.The result shows that the influence of the course analysis,implementation and evaluation is more significant than that of the design.Therefore,it is advisable that the course-based ideological and political education of the course of college English be implemented based on the uniqueness of the college student population and the diversity of education.
