A Study on Teachers'Work Pressure in Participating in After-school Service in the Context of"Double Reduction"and Corresponding Countermeasures——Based on the Theory of the Effort-Reward Imbalance
After-school service,as an important measure to implement the"double reduction"policy,not only brings new challenges but also new demands to teachers in compulsory education.From the per-spective of the effort-reward imbalance,teachers face problems of increased workload,insufficient incen-tives and recognition,and lack of initiative in participating in after-school service.To relieve teachers'work pressure,it is necessary to improve the after-school service system,clarify the incentive mechanism,and op-timize the management mode.
