The paper summarizes the characteristics of different development stages of rural E-com-merce industry clusters and analyzes existing problems.It is advised to promote the modernization transfor-mation and upgrading of traditional agriculture in terms of the innovation of rural industrial development modes,the supporting of commercial logistics systems,the management of agricultural product brand,and the training of digital commerce talents.
