作为农村义务教育的重要组成部分,寄宿制学校的建设质量对农村义务教育优质均衡发展具有重要的意义.针对农村寄宿制学校独有的特点和管理难点,提出发挥寄宿制学校全天候育人优势、加强生活空间建设、多途径给予学生关怀、完善家校协同机制、关注学生心理成长、提高课后服务水平以及强化安全管理等靶向施策建议,确保农村寄宿学生享有安全、便利、优质且温馨的寄宿服务.
Abstract
The quality of boarding schools,as an important part of rural compulsory education,is of great signifi-cance to the high-quality and balanced development of rural compulsory education.In view of the characteristics and management difficulties of rural boarding schools,such targeted suggestions are made as giving full play to the advan-tage of boarding schools to provide full-time education,enhancing the construction of living space on campus,providing students with care through multiple channels,improving the family-school coordination mechanism,paying attention to students'psychological growth,raising the level of after-school services,and strengthening safety management,so as to ensure rural students to enjoy safe,convenient,high-quality,and warm boarding services.
