In the new era,the role of culture in supporting social and economic development has gradu-ally become prominent.Based on the needs of high-quality development in Hebei,the present study first ex-plores the value implications of the creative transformation and innovative development of the fine tradi-tional culture of Hebei in awakening the cultural gene of the spirit of the times,laying the psychological foundation of cultural confidence,and building a cultural cornerstone for economic revitalization,then es-tablishes the operation mechanism of integrated innovation,collaborative development,and public participa-tion,and finally further explores the future prospects and development strategies of the creative transfor-mation and innovative development of the fine traditional culture of Hebei.
