临床医学"5+3"一体化学生共情能力现状调查

A Survey on the Empathy Ability of Students of 5+3-Year Clinical Medicine

采用中文版杰弗逊共情量表对河北省某医学院校临床医学"5+3"一体化学生开展问卷调查,以了解学生群体的共情能力.结果显示,不同性别、学习阶段、年级、学生干部经历及职业选择的医学生,其共情能力具有差异性.据此,提出突出课程学习与临床实践的有机结合、加强医学人文教育体系的构建、合理设置课程和给予学生积极帮助等建议,以进一步提升学生的共情能力.
By means of the Chinese version of the Jefferson Scale of Empathy,a questionnaire survey a-bout the empathy ability is conducted among clinical medicine students of a 5+3-year integrated program at a medical university in Hebei Province.The results reveal that the difference in students'gender,learning stage,grade,student leadership experience,and career choice causes the difference in the empathy ability.Based on this finding,such suggestions are made as emphasizing the integration of course learning and clini-cal practice,strengthening the construction of the medical humanity education system,reasonably designing the curriculum,and providing students with positive support.
