摘要

地方高校开展跨界融合的教学科研型教师团队建设有利于推动教育教学改革与创新,提升教师科研水平与创新能力.在当前的教师团队建设过程中存在团队管理与协作机制不完善、团队师资队伍建设不到位以及评价与激励机制作用发挥不充分等问题.因此,地方高校要打破传统学科界限,大力加强师资队伍建设,优化评价与激励机制,以激发教学科研型教师团队的创新活力,为地方高校实现高质量发展提供保障.

Abstract

The construction of cross-border integrated teaching-research teacher teams in local universi-ties can not only promote teaching reform and innovation,but also improve teachers'scientific research level and innovative ability.In the process of construction,there exist such problems as the imperfect team man-agement and cooperation mechanism,the inadequate construction of team teachers,and the insufficient ef-fectiveness of evaluation and incentive mechanism.Therefore,it is advisable that local universities should break the boundaries of traditional disciplines,enhance the construction of teacher teams,and optimize the evaluation and incentive mechanism,so as to stimulate the innovation vitality of teaching-research teacher teams,and provide an important guarantee for the high-quality development of local universities.
