中文摘要：三结构域蛋白家族(tripartite motif protein,TRIM)是一类被广泛涉及于生物学过程中的蛋白质,其功能包含细胞生长、分化、发育、凋亡、免疫应答和肿瘤发生等方面.其中,TRIM32 是一种E3 泛素连接酶,隶属于TRIM蛋白家族.虽然关于TRIM32的相关研究较少,但其在维持神经系统的生理功能方面作用极为重要.因此,该文旨在综述TRIM32 在神经系统疾病中的作用.

外文摘要：Tripartite motif proteins(TRIM)are a class of proteins involved in a wide range of biological processes,including cell growth and differentiation,development,apoptosis,immune response,and tumorigenesis.Among them,TRIM32 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that belongs to the TRIM protein family.Although there are few studies on TRIM32,its role in maintaining the physiological function of the nervous system is extremely important.Therefore,this review aims to review the role of TRIM32 in neurological diseases.
