Study on the Influence of Hand Knitting on Depression of College Students
To explore the effect of hand knitting on depression of college students,the research group took 92 students from Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Architectural Technology as the study subjects.These students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received 15 weeks of hand knitting training,once a week,each course lasting 1.5 hours,while the control group was not intervened.Before and after the experiment,the self-happiness survey,self-efficacy questionnaire and SDS scale were used to test the self-happiness,self-efficacy and depression of different groups.Results show that the scores of self-happiness and self-efficacy of the experimental group after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the scores of self-happiness and self-efficacy of the experimental group after intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group.SDS score of the experimental group after intervention was significantly lower than that before intervention,and SDS score of the experimental group after intervention was significantly lower than that of the control group.It is concluded that hand knitting can significantly improve self-happiness,enhance self-efficacy and relieve depression of college students.
