A Probe into Western Zhou Remonstrant Rui Liang-fu's Thought
Rui Liang-fu was the ruling minister of the reign of King Li of Zhou.He was not only liberal and knowledgeable,but also brave in advising.He was one of the few loyal ministers with a distinct image in the history of the Western Zhou Dynasty.By studying the historical records in multiple historical documents such as the Tsinghua Bamboo Slips'Rui Liangfu Bi,the Guo Yu·Zhou Yu(I),Yizhoushu·Rui Liangfu Jie,and Shiji·Zhou Benji,we can roughly understand the life story of Rui Liangfu,and have a glimpse of Rui Liangfu's glorious thought.Among them,the most prominent is the thought of heaven worship,people-orientation and talents esteem.These thoughts reflect the other side of history which is not well known to the world and are helpful to the study of the history of pre-Qin thought.
