随着"双碳目标"的提出,装配式建筑作为一种绿色低碳建筑,成为建筑业转型升级的必然选择.但较高的成本成为阻碍装配式建筑在国内快速发展的因素之一.将先进的信息技术引入到装配式建筑中有利于降本增效、提质降耗.结合数字技术和装配式建筑的特点,探讨数字技术在装配式建筑全寿命周期成本控制中的应用,即装配式建筑决策、设计、生产、施工、运营、拆除阶段中数字技术如何有效降低成本,以期对装配式建筑的发展起到推动作用.
Research on Life Cycle Cost Control of Prefabricated Buildings Based on Digital Technology
With the proposal of"Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality",prefabricated building as a green low-carbon building has become an inevitable choice for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.However,the high cost has become one of the factors hindering the rapid development of prefabricated buildings in China.The introduction of advanced information technology into prefabricated buildings is conducive to reducing costs and increasing efficiency,improving quality and reducing consumption.On the basis of the characteristics of digital technology and prefabricated buildings,this paper discusses the application of digital technology in the life cycle cost control of prefabricated buildings,that is,how digital technology can effectively reduce costs in the decision-making,design,production,construction,operation and demolition stages of prefabricated buildings,so as to promote the development of prefabricated buildings.
