In recent years,there has been a frequent occurrence of telecommunications network fraud,crimes of using information networks to commit fraud,and aiding in information network crimes.Among them,the main subjects of aiding in information network crimes are college students,which has aroused widespread social attention.This article intends to analyze the causes of the high incidence of aiding in information network crimes among college students from the perspective of prosecutors,based on the cases handled by various levels of public procuratorial organs in a certain province.It then proposes measures such as targeted education,warning education,warning publicity,and strengthening network and financial supervision so as to provide insights for preventing the occurrence of aiding in information network crimes among college students.
