History is not the history of the past;on the contrary,all history is the history of the present.During the revolutionary period in northern Shaanxi,Xie Zichang's clean government construction accumulated preliminary experience:overthrowing the rich and powerful,which laid a solid economic and social foundation for clean government construction;working out"The Organizational Outline of the Local Administrative Conference in Anding County"and other documents made political cleanliness guaranteed;establishing publicity sessions and other groups emancipated the minds of the peasants in northern Shaanxi and made them aware of their own autonomy to seize their own destiny.This has important implications for the anti-corruption work of the Communist Party of China in the new era.
