An Analysis of Cost Control of Prefabricated Construction in the Context of Dual Carbon Initiative
The factors affecting the cost of assembled buildings are analyzed under the background of"dual-carbon"initiative,and the simulation model is constructed by using the principle of system dynamics and hierarchical analysis to obtain the key factors affecting the cost. The results show that:under the relatively stable state of assembly rate and government subsidy, the increase of carbon trading price can significantly reduce the cost of assembled building;when the direct impact of carbon trading on the cost is small, the increase of government subsidy can effectively control the cost of building. At the same time, with the rapid development of construction industrialization and the expansion of assembly building scale can also significantly reduce the cost of assembly building.
