摘要
中学落实意识形态工作责任制关系到立德树人根本任务的落实.通过探析中学落实意识形态工作责任制的对策,以应对当前中学意识形态工作所面临的挑战.提出了加强中学意识形态工作的组织领导、建立完备的责任体系、加强师资队伍建设和专业培养、加强舆论监督和公众参与等对策.
Abstract
The implementation of the ideological work responsibility system in middle schools is related to the implementation of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.Through analyzing the measures to implement the responsibility system of ideological work in middle schools,this paper tries to cope with the challenges faced by the ideological work in middle schools.Some measures are put forward,such as strengthening the organization and leadership of the ideological work in middle schools,establishing a complete responsibility system,strengthening the construction and professional training of teaching staff,strengthening the supervision by public opinion and public participation and so on.
